ZZS Series
The ZZS series coating machine adopts the design concept of building blocks. The main unit and the control cabinet module can be combined according to customer requirements, and have good performance in terms of ultimate vacuum, oil pollution prevention and shortened work cycle. This series of equipment adopts electron gun bombardment evaporation technology, which is suitable for evaporation of various metal films, various optical films and various industrial vapor deposition dielectric films in the electronics industry. It is an ideal equipment for various thin film process research. The operation and maintenance of the whole machine are extremely convenient, reliable in function and beautiful in appearance.

GT Series
GT series coating equipment is a fully automatic system independently developed by our company. It integrates membrane software, RF ion source, melting material, coating and self-test. It realizes intelligent one-button automatic operation; Vacuum system uses EDWARDS direct connection pump, Roots pump and diffusion pump, with the features of fast vacuum pumping speed and good stability; The crystal control uses INFICON crystal controller, and the membrane system software quickly inputs and exports in the form of excel table, the module is clear and fast; Vacuum measurement uses fully imported instruments, wide range and high precision; using RF ion source, the product film density, temperature drift and appearance are excellent; Mobile phone remote client allows users to remotely monitor the equipment status on mobile phones and computers, and if necessary, control operations can also be done remotely.

· Flexible Configuration
The system can be carefully tailored to support client’s specific coating application and production requirements. Configuration options include Thermal Evaporation, Electron Beam Evaporation, and Electron Beam with Ion Assist; Both Crystal and automated optical monitoring for high accuracy and tight coating specification are available; Substrate fixturing is available in single rotation, planetary, calotte, flip planetary, and unique arrangement for specific requirements; Support front side baking or back side baking, or both.

· Coating Process Capbility & Support
The system includes optional process development, system calibration, film characterization and uniformity adjustment to less than 0.5%. They can be delivered with multiple, fully developed, production-ready coating processes, pre-programmed to minimize system downtime between production changeover’s and to maximize run efficiencies and product yields. Calibration of the process is so consistent that new designs may be supplier to the operator from a remote site with the results from a test run analyzed and a small adjustment in calibration made before final production. Designed for run-to-run repeatability and to deliver excellent results after a minimum number of test coatings, the system lends itself to a fully automatic operation reducing time, manpower, and costs-even with high layer counts and complex layer stacks.
