MID/FAR-IR FILTER

    For conventional infrared coating materials such as SiO, Ge, ZnSe, YbF3, ZnS, etc., Guotai has developed a complete process. The coating machine adopts special anti-fouling design, which is more convenient for disassembly and maintenance. BLACK COATING

    The black film process uses a non-metallic special film material independently developed by Guotai. It has ultra-low reflectance in the visible light range, and at the same time has a relatively high absorption rate, and the transmittance is controllable within a certain range.

ND FILTER

    A neutral-density filter, or ND filter, is a filter that reduces or modifies the intensity of all wavelengths, or colors, of light equally, giving no changes in hue of color rendition. It can be a colorless (clear) or grey filter. The purpose of a standard photographic neutral-density filter is to reduce the amount of light entering the lens.

OPTICAL FILTER

    An optical filter is a device that selectively transmits light of different wavelengths, usually implemented as a glass plane or plastic device in the optical path, which are either dyed in the bulk or have interference coatings. The optical properties of filters are completely described by their frequency response, which specifies how the magnitude and phase of each frequency component of an incoming signal is modified by the filter.

• Applications: 

Raman spectrometer and laser fluorescence instrument.

COLOR FILMS

    Through the film design, the surface of the substrate can exhibit the color desired by the user in the visible light range, such as pure black, pure red, gradient color, and the like. The substrate could be glass, metal, various plastics, or the like. For the special shape substrate, through the targeted calculation and design of the thickness uniformity correction scheme, the customer’s color difference control requirements can be met.

Helmet, ski goggles, sunglasses, watch cover etc.

CHALCOGENIDE GLASS COATING

    The superiority of the Chalcogenide glass in terms of optical properties and chemical stability has been widely concerned. However, as a window material in an infrared optical system, chalcogenide glass has disadvantages such as low softening temperature, poor mechanical strength, and high brittleness. Therefore, quality problems such as film removal, film cracking and scratching are likely to occur during the coating process.

    Guotai successfully solved the coating problem of Chalcogenide glass and summarized a complete coating process. According to different substrates, set the coating temperature in a targeted manner, select the primer material, and use the appropriate ion source parameters. The process has the characteristics of good spectral characteristics, small absorption of the film, and good film firmness.

CRYSTAL COATING

    In general, crystals have unique thermal, mechanical, optical, and chemical stability, making the film stress, firmness, and resistance to laser damage different from ordinary substrate glass. Guotai has a corresponding thin film process that can coat TB26, TGG, YCOB, Nd:YAG, ZGP, LBO, YAG and other crystals with superior spectral characteristics and laser damage resistance.

AR COATING FOR CAMERA LENS

    There are many requirements for the lens coating of mobile phones, and there are typically two coating structures. The first one: one side of the AR side AF, the single-sided transmittance is mostly green and blue-violet. The second type: one side AR, one side AR+AF. The film is mostly in light green.

    In addition to the spectral characteristics, cell phone lenses also undergo a variety of tests, such as salt spray, collectively referred to as reliability testing. Guotai has extensive experience in the preparation of mobile phone lens equipment and coating experience. From the hardware and process perspectives, ensure that the coating quality of the innermost and outermost rings is acceptable.
